Who can attend Civilized Fest?
Civilized Fest is open to all ages! The entire event is family friendly, but there will be a Youth & Adult track.

Will there be food and drinks in the festival?
Yes, there will be multiple options of food and beverages in the event. Food trucks/vendors are located outdoors. Our VIP ticket holders are eligible for one (1) free drink at their private VIP Bar. No outside food/beverages allowed.

Can I re-enter the festival?
Yes, please make sure you have your tickets (physical, electronic, mobile) with you when you leave the event venue area.

Can I volunteer in the festival?
Definitely! We need multiple roles filled throughout the festival. To volunteer, click on this link.

How can I be a vendor?
We are currently looking for vendors from food trucks, merchandise, art and crafts and more! To apply, click on this link.

Are children free to attend the festival?
Yes, there are youth tickets available for FREE and there are upgrade options to enhance their experience here.

Are there any group discounts?

How can I use my discount code?

What does VIP Tickets mean?
VIP Tickets are limited to only 300 people.  VIP cost $100. It includes: Preferred Seating (All Day), Access to "Meet & Speak" w/ Artist & Special Guest Access to private VIP Bar (Bev only + 1 Drink Ticket) & Entry into Special Events.

Can I refund my tickets?
Tickets are non refundable. All tickets are final.

How can I attend the Meet & Speak?
Our VIP ticket holders are auto-eligible for Meet & Speak! Our FREE ticket holders can add-on a $15 Meet & Speak to their checkout cart.

Doors, Parking & Seating

What time does doors/gate open?
Doors open at 2:30p, event starts promptly at 3pm.

What is parking like?
The official Civilized Fest complimentary parking lot is behind the venue. Those 800 spots will go on a first come first serve basis.

I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.

What is the seating like?
All our festival free tickets are for standing room only (SRO) while VIP ticket holders get to choose their preferred seats (300 seats only) at the VIP area.

What items are allowed/not allowed?
Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.

Health & Safety

Do I need to be fully vaccinated to attend the festival?
Masks and vaccinations are encouraged and welcome. However, in accordance with current TX Health guidelines guests are requested to not attend the festival if you are feeling unwell or unfit. Kindly practice personal hygiene in attending the festival. 

What are the security precautions?
The safety of our patrons is our priority. We are working together with the city government of Dallas, Texas for your health and security. There will be stationed medics and security in the parameters of the festival venue.
